IPXAnalytics is a software that uses Artificial Intelligence to learn and detect events in surveillance cameras. The artificial intelligence is based on neural networks and LLMs, which are algorithms that try to mimic the behavior of the human brain. Compared to existing video analysis software on the market today, IPXAnalytics can significantly reduce the number of false alarms.

Heavy Machinery Detection:
IPXAnalytics can detect the movement of heavy machinery in the environment, such as forklifts, grabs, trucks, among others. Upon this detection, the software can also detect if a person is near the area of the machinery movement and generate an alert. Example of operation: Scrap yard.
PPE Detection:
The software can detect PPEs such as helmets, glasses, masks, earmuffs, vests, and boots to alert if an employee is not complying with safety standards.
Detection of People in Hazardous Areas
The software can detect people in prohibited areas or areas where machinery is operating. Using IPXMonitor or even a VMS like Digifort, we can create logic for alarms to occur only in specific situations. Another example would be the software detecting a risk situation like a full pot of molten steel or fire and activating person detection.
Fall Detection
The software can detect people who have fallen to the ground. In critical areas where people can have accidents or even faint, the software can detect falls and alert in real-time.
Behavior Detection
The software can detect some types of improper behavior, such as if an employee is not using the handrail in an area where it is mandatory. It is also possible to check if an employee is using a cell phone in a prohibited area.
Fire and Smoke Detection
The software can detect fire/smoke in critical areas or on specific equipment like chimneys.
OCR, LPR, Barcodes, and QR Codes
The software can read characters and read labels, vehicle plates, barcodes, and QR codes in real-time and send alerts or integrate with other systems.
